The following terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the contracting parties. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions listed below as amended from time to time.
If there is any uncertainty with these terms and conditions, please contact BE GENKI before the completion of any purchase.
We at BE GENKI love and respect our customers. When you purchase from us, we’ll need to collect some personal information from you, just so that we can process the sale efficiently. The “Personal Information” we’ll request is typically: your name, address, contact numbers, e-mail address, billing and shipping information and credit card details. Your private information will not be shared with any third party.
The only reason why we would give out your personal information, is if:
- You give us your permission to disclose the information.
- Legally we are compelled or authorised to do so.
SHIPPING & COSTS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
BE GENKI uses Australia Post, Express Post and Fastway Couriers to ensure that deliveries arrive within 1 – 5 working days from date of dispatch and to ensure that your parcel can be tracked.
PRICE: $10 for all orders under $50; free shipping for all orders $50 and over
Delivery Time: 1 – 5 working days
Please note: It is up to the discretion of the Australia Post or Fastway Courier contractor whether they feel comfortable leaving your delivery at your home/office if you aren’t there.

BE GENKI uses Registered Post.

Delivery Time: Varies from country to country. An estimated time of arrival will be provided to you upon confirmation of order.
BE GENKI is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by BE GENKI. BE GENKI reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
BE GENKI is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable BE GENKI may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED IN THE ESTIMATED TIME?
If you’re waiting to receive your parcel and you think it should have arrived by now:
- The delivery time is from the time the parcel is dispatched, not from the time you place your order. So please make sure you count the days from the dispatch date, not from the order date.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll look into it immediately for you.
PURPOSE OF GOODS
Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Questions as to use can be directed to email@example.com

The advice and information contained within this website is of a general nature and is not intended to constitute or replace professional advice for individual or specific conditions. While we make every effort to ensure that the information contained within this website is correct, we take no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from its use.
Any unused product may be returned to BE GENKI within 7 days of purchase.
You must contact us before returning any product(s) to receive a Return Authorisation Number.
Please note: Returned product(s) must be in original condition in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or used product(s), returned product(s) damaged in transit, or product(s) received more than 7 days after purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged product(s) received must be reported to BE GENKI within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This must be done by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +61 (0)2 9779 1501.
If you receive any product(s) that is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect product will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the product(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
Make sure the products are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the product(s) to you. Please send your return package via Express Post. We can not be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request tracking of your return. Customers are responsible for all freight charges.

Processing Your Returns: Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the product(s) less the original shipping and handling costs.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
BE GENKI is controlled in New South Wales, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of New South Wales. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums
